Painting on Truss Structure

We have successfully completed Painting project on Truss Structure at cement plants in India. Working height from the ground was 15 meter  height from ground and All work carried out only by rope access methodology. We completed the project at the set time frame by client.  Zero incident achieved until completion of the project.

Painting on Cyclone and Duct

During the Plant shutdown, we have successfully completed Painting project on on Cyclone and Duct at cement plants in India. Working height from the ground was 45 meter.  height from ground and All work carried out only by rope access methodology. We completed the project at the set time frame by client.  Zero incident achieved until completion of the project.

NDT Inspection on Chimney

NDT UT Thickness measurement survey was carried out by rope access methodology to check the remaining shell thickness of the chimney at the height of 115 meters from ground. The thickness measurement taken without removal of the paint on the surface. All work completed with achievement of zero incidents.

NDT Inspection on Insulated Chimney

NDT UT Thickness measurement survey was carried out by rope access methodology to check the remaining shell thickness of the chimney at the height of 45 meters from ground. Entire chimney was insulated but the thickness measurement taken without removal of the full insulation. Insulations were removed only at the location where required to take thickness measurement. After the completion of NDT Inspection, all the areas reinsulated by using rope access methodology.  All work completed with achievement of zero incidents.
